Acceptance love and kindness

Its been a long time since I last wrote in this blog, so much has happened in terms of Bulgaria and my involvement with it,with my own personal journey and where it has led me so far. All of which I hope to share with you at some stage.
I wanted to start writing this blog again with a whole host of topics instead of it being purely charity based. With Its main purpose of uplifting people, bringing us together and ultimately giving everyone some positive sunshine in what is a very beautiful life, even if challenging and difficult in places.

This first blog is an email I wrote to my girls a few weeks ago, I wrote it in a heated emotional/ angry state whilst sat in my guest house in India. A sequence of events had taken place where either myself or people I know were being subject to a lot of prejudice opinions, hurtful words sadly dished out by people that have become so disengaged with what is falling from their lips and what affect it has on other people.
I was really upset at the world, you know the kind of days where everyone and everything can just do one, I have lost faith and going to hide in my bed all day and sulk! thankfully I didn't give into my inner child and filled it with this... I hope this uplifts you and reminds you how best to deal with these challenges. XO

Oh and you must listen to this incredible example of a female whilst doing so, I promise you'll thank me!

'Hi girls,I started to write to you all today with my feelings on the amount of narrow mindedness that we can be subjected to in todays world but I stopped, I could feel myself getting angry and negative energy spilling onto my page. I stopped because today I’m not going to give away my time and energy to those who don’t deserve it.
Today I want to fill your page with hope, love and empowerment. Three things that we exude from our very beings and things that I want to spread across the world to every human being possible.

Now unfortunately and fortunately for us there are people that are totally disengaged with what falls from their mouths, they have no idea of the impact that there sometimes hurtful words has on other human beings and the damage that can do either momentarily or permanently. I say unfortunately because there comes times when we have to listen to these views and opinions and it evokes such emotion within us that we would prefer not to feel and words that we don’t want to hear. Sometimes 'those' people can be be us, yup we can all fall into this trap of disengagement knowingly or unknowingly.
I say fortunately because this teaches us what we will never ever be, it reminds us how powerful our words and actions are and how we never want to encourage another human being to feel, whether it be a total stranger, our best friend or most importantly ourselves. They are teachers in disguise and we will get angry at them, curse them but in the end we will take a deep breath and we will thank them.

Don’t feel discouraged or angry at society, the world, or even human kind. For every disengaged mouth there are 2 beautiful beings in the world and if you cant find one? Be one!
Let moments like this urge you to be kind and open to all people that you meet, the strangers, your friends, your family, your workmates. God anyone and everyone you meet! Let it remind you to be careful with your words and only speak with passion, kindness, and acceptance and above all Love because you never know who is listening and what it could mean to them.

Let them teach us to celebrate each other instead of tolerating each other, to be accepting and never judgemental and lastly to open our hearts and minds to everyone we meet and stand  like a united wall of positivity against any negativity thrown our way.

I love you all for the beautiful, individual human beings that you are because ultimately whether you are into men, women or unicorns, whether you want to be a doctor or a road sweeper it doesn’t really matter to me. What matters to me is what’s inside your hearts.

Sending love, light and empowerment to all.x'
